Nakon kikindskih metalaca Downstroy, i Beograđani Rain Delay potpisali su ugovor sa britanskim izdavačem Life Burns Records.
Na myspace stranici LB Records, napisano je sledeće: "Secondly, after my trip to Serbia I was pleasantly surprised to find a band with so much potential that I had to offer them a deal on the spot, a few months after we are happy to announce the signing of Rain Delay. A Band that has so much talent behind it that a push in the right direction is this entire band needs before they are a household name. We will be organizing them a tour out of the Balkans and expect them to hit the studio in the UK in 2010."
